Hair Enhancer Aftercare Guide

Thank you for choosing KHG Hair Systems. To keep your Hair Enhancer looking beautiful, soft and in the best possible condition, it’s important to follow the aftercare advice below. 💛

🚿 Washing — Every Two Weeks

• Wash your Hair Enhancer every two weeks to keep it clean, fresh and in good condition.
• Always be gentle when washing. Avoid rough scrubbing, twisting or pulling the hair.
• Use Obsessed Shampoo and Conditioner only — they are specially selected to care for your Hair Enhancer.
• Apply shampoo gently and let it cleanse without excessive rubbing.
• Apply conditioner through the lengths and ends, avoiding any attachment area if applicable.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all product.
• Never go to bed with your Hair Enhancer wet or damp.

💨 Drying & Styling

• After washing, it’s essential that your Hair Enhancer is completely dry before wearing.
• You may leave it to air dry overnight until it is around 80% dry.
• Once approximately 80% dry, blowdry it completely until it is 100% dry.
• Ensure the hair is fully dry throughout before wearing to prevent any moisture from being trapped.
• Once fully dry, style as usual.
• Always use a heat protectant when using heat styling tools.

🌙 Sleeping & Storage

For the best results and to maintain the condition of your Hair Enhancer:

• Always remove your Hair Enhancer before sleeping.
• Gently brush through.
• Make sure it is clean and completely dry before storing.
• Store it in its original box or standing on a head/mannequin in a safe, clean and dry place.
• This helps to maintain the shape, quality and longevity of the hair.

✨ Mask & Serum

For extra nourishment and to maintain softness and shine:

• Use Obsessed Mask regularly as part of your aftercare routine.
• Apply Obsessed Serum sparingly through the mid-lengths and ends to keep the hair smooth, soft and manageable.
• Avoid applying excessive product directly onto any attachment area.

💛 Smoothing Lotion

• Use our Obsessed Smoothing Lotion as part of your aftercare routine to help keep the hair smooth, sleek and frizz-free.
• Use as directed and avoid over-applying.

💆 Brushing

• Be gentle when brushing your Hair Enhancer.
• Brush regularly to prevent tangling.
• Start from the ends and work your way up.
• Never pull or force the brush through knots.
• Support the hair near the attachment area where applicable.
• Use a brush suitable for Hair Enhancers/extensions.

💧 Water

• It is not recommended to swim in water (including pools, oceans, or hot tubs).
• Chlorine, salt water and minerals can seriously affect the condition and quality of the hair.

• Your Hair Enhancer requires regular care to keep it looking its best. The way it is washed, dried, styled and stored will affect its appearance and longevity.
