A little story from my chair…

I had a lovely woman in with me last week — and I wanted to share her story because I know so many of you will relate to it.

She sat down, ran her fingers through her hair, and said,
“Karen… my curls used to be my thing. Now they’re disappearing on me.”

Her hair was thinning mostly on top and around the crown, which is so common, especially with curly hair. Curls need volume to have shape, and once that top area starts thinning, everything else goes flat.
She told me she missed her big, bouncy red curls… and she missed feeling like herself.

So we got to work.
